One Crazy Night
I'm honestly confused by this. For the record, I didn't write this...a friend of mine wanted to take a crack at writing. I just agreed to post it for her so any mistakes are on her. There's a reason I'm not a Beta
It was just past noon and Ruby promised herself she wouldn't go, so here she was looking over her home town on Patch. She didn't want to think or feel anything, but anyone who saw her tear-swollen eyes could see she was somewhere far away, somewhere in her past.
She remembered the night when she gave herself to her, scared out of her mind and how she soothed her fears that one day they might be separated from each other. The reaper remembered the softness of her words and the promise she gave the reaper along with her heart. The promise that they would be together always. Ruby saw their days as lovers and teammates and how she couldn't stay mad at her. Weiss had been the only woman Ruby had ever really loved and the one she loved still. The beautiful Heiress with her long white hair and reflective eyes. Ruby often wondered what their kids might look like.
Then she remembered the day she finally told her. It had been a grueling mission but Team RWBY had been able to complete it relatively quickly. The reaper had noticed Weiss looking at her throughout the mission and she had to fight to keep her blush at bay. It was no secret that they were a couple but even after two years Yang loved to embarrass and tease them. They had been busy and she could tell she wasn't the only one missing their "alone time". After they said goodbye to the others Ruby was feeling giddy and nervous. Knowing Weiss was about to ask the reaper something she really wanted to hear. Suddenly the heiress pulled Ruby into a very strong and lingering hug. She looked up at her eyes and she kissed her. Not the hungry kiss she expected but a very sweet and soft one.

'Oh my god! She's going to propose to me!' Ruby thought getting even more nervous; her thoughts going as fast as her semblance. 'Oh no! I am all stinky and dirty from the mission. This is not at all how I expected it to happen. I was supposed to have a pretty dress and my hair loose and my face was not supposed to be covered in dust-' Her thoughts were interrupted by his words.
"Ruby I want you to let me finish what I want to say before you respond. This is harder than I thought it would be and…it's actually nerve wrecking." Weiss said putting enough distance between them for Ruby to visualize the heiress already on one knee. She was trying to even the crazy beats of her heart. And she really wanted to say yes before she even asked. "Ruby," she began "You know that I love you and you are the most important person to me and I hope nothing ever changes that because nothing will change the way I feel about you. What obstacles lay ahead should not scare you and if they do I'll be there to ease them." Ruby could feel her eyes watering from the beauty of Weiss' words; she always did find the right ones to say.
"Ruby, I don't quite know how to do this but I'm just going to say it. I'm engaged…" The 'yes' on Ruby's lip died before going all the way out and she looked at Weiss thinking she did not hear the heiress quite right. Unfortunately, she kept talking and it made everything completely clear. "The engagement party is tonight. I will be married by the end of the week." Ruby felt as if Weiss had just ripped her heart out through her chest. Ruby was frozen; she couldn't feel her body and the world around her seemed to have stopped. She held her chest tightly as if to stop the stroke she was sure was going to have. "Ruby, I'm not breaking up with you! We can still be together; we'll just have to be a little more spaced out with it, that's all!" Weiss added reaching out for her hand. Ruby slapped the hand away and gave the Heiress a look that actually scared her. Weiss could tell Ruby was mad, enraged actually and she was ready for the reaper's attack.
"Don't touch me! Don't you dare lay a finger on me Weiss! What the hell!? Who the hell are you engaged to- no wait! I don't even want to know. It's a fucking Pyrrah isn't it? Isn't it?" Ruby screamed at Weiss at the top of her lungs. "You bitch! I gave you everything! Everything for you do this!?"
"But Ruby…we can still be together!" Weiss said trying to sooth her lover's anger.
"Don't come near me; you want me to be a concubine? Is that how much you love me? That you would just degrade me to that position? Fuck you! Fuck you Weiss Schnee and fuck your company!"
"Keep it down Ruby! People are going to hear!"
"I don't give a shit what you want. And if they hear well good! Let them see what a piece of shit you are." Ruby said storming off.

She was mad but deep down…Ruby had hope Weiss would come after her and give up that stupid engagement. She kept walking, forcing herself to not look back. She slowed down but still no Heiress. She couldn't hold it any longer and she turned around to find just an empty path. She was gone and so was her nerve. Ruby fell right there on the path and sobbed. She did not know how she made it back to her home but she was there. Her sister was worried about her and even called a doctor while Blake to ask if she had been hurt on the mission. That night the fireworks could be heard all over Vale and each of them cracked her heart bit by bit. She cried for two days and then she was ready to go out, her head held high. She went to her sister and told her she was becoming an apprentice to the weapons smith because she couldn't stay near Team RWBY. Her sister had grown very wise and knew exactly what was going on.

"Rubes, you're our leader and one of the best Huntresses in the world. I know your heart-broken now, but give it time, eventually it'll heal. Take it from me, I know. I'll let the others know you're going on a short vacation, but don't go off and do something stupid. I'm sorry about your relationship with Weiss but the three of us still need you to lead us." The blonde brawler said looking at the young reaper with her ever-present smile.
"Thanks Yang. I'll try not to do something so stupid, I just…just need some time alone." Ruby said as she fell on her bed.
"Things will get better Rubes, I promise."

Ruby spent some time on Patch, her father welcoming her with open arms and Zwei more than happy that she was home. In that week, Yang send Ruby a short video of the wedding; the 20 seconds being more than enough to solidify Ruby's claim. The chapel was white, walking down the isle was Weiss in a stunning wedding dress while Pyrrah Nikos stood at the alter in white tuxedo. It wasn't until the third day that Ruby's mind shifted to her fellow leader; Jaune Arc was a far cry from the clumsy boy at Beacon…and at this moment, his girlfriend of two years had just gotten married to Ruby's.

It had been a year since the wedding, since Weiss killed Ruby's heart; but in that year, the reaper had more than mended her heart, the time she took off let her face facts and allowed her to continued leading Team RWBY. Unfortunately, the same couldn't be said for Weiss and Pyrrah, the two huntresses tearing both Team RWBY and JNPR asunder. The two huntresses didn't feel right being with their teams after the wedding and decided to leave, moving to Atlas for Weiss to take over her company. It took some time, but the remaining members eventually moved on and went their separate ways which is why the reaper was currently in Vale.
Currently the huntress was walking along the streets of Vale, the nightlife having become a stable in her own life after she started hanging out with her remaining team members. She didn't know what became of the remaining members of JNPR, and occasionally, she found herself worried for them. Breaking from her thoughts, the reapers smiled when she saw her sister and Blake waiting in line at a local nightclub; now Ruby barely drank as it was, but she was feeling a little adventurous and decided to greet the two.
"Ruby?" Yang asked, surprised to see her sister walking up her. "What are you doing here? Going to knock back a few shots?"
"More or less, I saw you and Blake standing here so I decide to join you." Ruby said before she raised her hands. "Unless you two wanted to spend some time by yourselves."
"You kidding? You're always welcome to join us isn't that right kitty cat?" Yang said, wrapping her arm around Blake's shoulder.
"I don't have a problem with it," The faunus said, getting Ruby to smile, "And if you're still conscious, you can help me carry this heavyweight back to her home." Blake added, jabbing her thumb towards the blonde brawler.
"I can always count on you Blake!" Yang said, moving a bit to let Ruby cut in line. The nightclub was as loud and dark as it usually was, the music was catchy and fast while the drinks were sharp and strong. "C'mon! Let's hit the bar!" Yang said before she dragged her two companions over to the large bar. Taking a seat, Yang raised a finger and put on her sexiest smile. "I'll take a strawberry sunrise, no ice."
"You got it!" A voice said, making the three perk up a bit before they focused on the bartender. It took a moment, but the three found themselves staring into a pair of welcoming blue eyes that was lightly covered by a mop of blonde hair.
"Jaune!?" Ruby asked, getting the bartender to raise an eyebrow before his own eyes widened in realization.
"Ruby? Blake? Yang?" The blonde asked, getting a slow nod from the three as he placed a glass down. "What are you three doing here?"
"We should be asking you the same thing!" Yang said, getting shrug from the blonde before he turned around and grabbed a few ingredients.
"I'll tell you everything later, now what do you two want?" The blonde said looking at Ruby and Blake.
"Blackberry Bramble!" Blake said, getting a nod from Jaune before he focused on Ruby
"Strawberry Patch!" Ruby said, getting nod from the blonde before he pulled out some more ingredients as well as three glasses.
"Arc! When you done with those, you can take the night off!" A woman shouted, getting the blonde to look back before he waved her off and started working his magic. The three huntresses watched in fascination as their drinks were created right in front of him, the three glassed quickly filled with their order before it was slid in front of them. Taking light sips of their drinks, the three watched as Jaune started putting the ingredients away while also grabbing a bottle and tossing it to a few of the other bartenders before he looked back.
"You guys want talk somewhere more quiet?" The blonde asked, getting the three to look at one another before they shrugged. The knight nodded at them before he turned his head a bit. "Hey! Velvet! Mind if I take these three in the back with me?" The three raised an eyebrow at the name before they saw a pair of bunny ears appear from behind Jaune.
"Go ahead! Use your room if you want! Just don't go too crazy!" Velvet said, giving a wink to Jaune before he chuckled and shook his head. Looking back at the three hunters, the knight motioned for them to follow him before he made his way away from the bar.

As the four entered the room, Yang couldn't help but let out a low whistle. The room was large, more than enough to provide its own private bar with a few chairs. Aside from that, a large table, that was surrounded on one side by a long couch, sat in front of a wall mounted TV while an equally large bed was resting against a different wall. Near the bed sat a small bookshelf that was almost full while some clothes were thrown around haphazardly, thought they stayed near the bed. Opposite of the door they just came in was another two, one of them slightly open to reveal that it was a bathroom.
"Nice place you got here Vomit Boy." The brawler said, getting Jaune to chuckle.
"Always with the nicknames…" Yang winked at Jaune as he started to remove his bowtie and vest. "…honestly, I could probably drink more than all three of you combined. Better start thinking of a new nickname." Yang took a seat at the bar before she held a finger to a chin in thought.
"Nope. You'll always remain Vomit Boy to me." Yang said, getting a shrug from Jaune before he entered the bathroom.
"Make yourselves at home." The blonde said, motioning to the room as he opened the bathroom door. "I'm gonna take a quick shower." The women nodded at him before Yang turned her attention to the large selection of alcohol that was resting just behind the bar. "If any of those bottles are missing even a drop in them, you're out of here." Jaune said, poking his head out before the door clicked shut.
"Finally! I thought you were going to stay in there forever!" Yang said, getting Jaune to chuckle a bit as he started rubbing his hair. Yang was still sitting at the bar, her drink being reduced to nothing while Blake and Ruby were sitting on his couch with the TV on, though only Ruby was watching TV.
"At least he's still quicker than you." Blake said, looking up from a book that she got from the bookshelf; Ruby only giggled at the insult while Yang glared at Blake.
"Looks like you three are still cooperating." Jaune said, throwing the towel off to the side before he stepped behind the bar. "Still thirsty?" Yang eagerly held out her glass while the other two got up from their seat. Working quickly, Jaune created another mix for Yang before pouring it for her while the brawler's teammates took a seat next to them. As Yang continued sipping her drink, Ruby tilted her head at Jaune.
"So, what are you doing here Jaune? This is the last place I expected you to be." Ruby said, getting Blake to look from the book and Yang to stop drinking.
"Well, Velvet needed someone to help pay for costs. With her team out doing their own thing, I offered to help her out. In return, I get this place and an unlimited supply of drinks whenever I come back from a mission." Jaune said, getting Yang to nod at him before she leaned on the counter.
"Say, think Velvet might need another set of hands?" The brawler said, getting Ruby and Blake to roll their eyes.
"Sorry Xiao Long, I've got things covered." Jaune said, a smirk appearing on his face as Yang nodded and leaned back. "So, what are you three doing here?"
"Yang wanted to go out and I had nothing better to do." Blake said, before she reached for her glass. "Ruby joined us just before we got here."
"I was bored and decided to be a little more adventurous tonight." Ruby said with a bright smile. Jaune nodded at their responses before he started mixing more drinks for them, occasionally staring at the TV when the women were drinking their glass.
"I gotta say Jaune," Blake said, getting everyone to look at her. "I didn't actually expect you to be here. After everything that went down last year…I actually expected you to either be drunken mess or dead." At that, Ruby and Yang gawked at the faunus while Jaune laughed.
"Believe me, I was close to that second option." The blonde said, getting the sister to gawk at him, "After the Heiress and the Champion got hitched, I was in deep rut; spent the first month drowning my sorrows away. Wasn't 'til Ren and Nora finally beat the shit out of me that I started acting normal and took on missions again. After a while though, Ren and Nora decided to head back to Anima, guess they wanted to travel around a bit or else settle there. We still talk but nowadays, the only company I've got is Velvet, sometimes her teammates if they're in town." Jaune explained, getting a few nods before Yang gained a smirk.
"So, you and Velvet ever get on like…rabbits?" The blonde asked, wiggling her eyebrows before Jaune chuckled. Ruby and Blake both groaned at the bad pun.
"Unfortunately, no. Velvet has a few girls on speed-dial for that." Jaune said, getting the three huntresses to raise an eyebrow. "Ah, at least I'm not a virgin. Otherwise, I'd be really frustrated." The others said nothing as Jaune pour himself a shot of something. "So, what about you three?"
"Well, kitty cat and I took the break-up well." Yang said, wrapping an arm around Blake, getting the faunus to glare at her when her drink almost spilt. "And we may, or may not, be fucking each other weekly." Blake let out sigh before she shook her head.
"Sun and I aren't seeing each other anymore." The faunus explained, "He's not bad, but I need some stability. Yang could surprisingly provide that and eventually we hit it off."
"I've been doing missions now and then." Ruby said, getting everyone's attention. "I was a little pissed about the wedding, but faced reality and continued with life. I was thinking about teaching at Beacon or moving back to Patch and teaching at Signal like my dad."
"Nice to see we kept our heads." Jaune said, getting a few nods before he downed the shot before he started to pour another; seeing dark liquid being poured, Ruby's curiosity peaked.
"What's that?" Ruby asked, getting Jaune to look at her before he looked down at the bottle in his hand.
"This?" the blonde asked, lifting the bottle. "This is my specialty. You remember when Vale scientist found that if you cut a Grimm's limb a certain way that body part never dissolves?" The three nodded at that as Jaune poured a second shot. "Well, I may, or may not, have cut off a Death Stalker's stinger and used its venom."
"Isn't a Death Stalker's venom one of the most poisonous ones in the world?" Blake asked, getting a nod from Jaune. "How are you able to drink it?"
"Took it Neptune." Jaune said as he held up the bottle, "We found that if mixed with certain drinks, the poison's diluted enough to drink. It can still kill, but only if you drink a whole bottle to yourself." The blonde said before he poured another shot. "Wanna try it?" At that, the three girls shared a look with one another before they nodded as one. Pulling out three more glasses, Jaune placed on in front of each before he filled the glass. "I'll warn you, it's stronger than anything you've ever had." As one, the three huntresses downed their shots without a thought. Once they were done, Yang started to cough harshly in her hand while Ruby and Blake grit their teeth in pain.
"Monty-*cough*-Oum! That shit's strong!" Yang said, raising a hand to her throat before Jaune placed a glass of soda in front of them.
"Here, this'll numb the pain." Jaune said, smiling as the three instantly picked up the glasses and emptied them in record time. "So, how was it?" The blonde asked, getting Ruby and Blake to glare at him while Yang has the biggest smile on her face.
"I'll admit, that thing's no joke." Yang said as she picked up the bottle and looked it over. "This thing got a name?"
"Nope," Jaune said as he took the bottle. "I was thinking about calling it 'Death Stalker' since its venom is the reason it's so strong."
"A fitting name." Blake said as she glared at the half-empty bottle. "I don't know how you managed to drink that without dying."
"Told you, better start thinking of a new nickname besides 'Vomit Boy'." Jaune said, grinning at the as he held the bottle out. "Want another?" Yang instantly held out the shot glass again while Ruby slowly lifted hers; Blake continued to glare at the bottle before she also raised her shot glass.

Ruby's head felt like a Goliath had been jumping on it all night. Opening her eyes seemed to be a horrible idea so she tried to wake up with her eyes closed and evading any movement. That idea was thrown out the window when she felt two different hands resting on her hips and her chest rubbing against someone else's. Ripping her eyes open, Ruby hissed a bit before she started to raise herself off the person she was laying on. When the pain dulled, the reaper looked around her environment to see that she was still in Jaune's room at the nightclub. Looking down, Ruby raised an eyebrow when she saw that she was indeed naked, Jaune in the same boat as her. Despite that, her attention was drawn, not to the blonde beneath her, but the two women that were currently cuddling the knight, both of which were equally naked.
'What happened?' Ruby thought before she moved started to get up. At this, the reaper stopped when she realized that there was something in her, something that was still attached to its owner. Looking down again, Ruby saw that was she currently impaled by the blonde knight; gyrating her hips a bit, Ruby started to visualize the man's length and girth as she continued her movement. Letting out a soft moan, Ruby's eyes focused on Blake as she started to move around, her hand being removed from the reaper's hip. Ruby had to hold in another moan when she saw Blake scratch her ears and let out a cat-like yawn.
"R-ruby?" Blake asked, her mind still waking up as she stretched. Once the grogginess had disappeared from the faunus' mind, she focused on her surrounding before she found herself staring at Ruby, the huntress still moving her hips. "Ruby!" The faunus shouted, her eyes shifting over to the person she was riding. "Jaune!? Yang!?" Blake shouted before she fell off the bed, the yelling and crash being enough to wake the two blondes.
"Wha-Ruby!" Jaune said, his mind snapping to full attention when he saw the reaper smiling at him while she still kept moving her hips. "Yang? Blake! What are you doing here?"
"Geeze, keep it down you guys. I'm trying to sleep." Yang said, getting everyone to look at her, Ruby having stopped her movement. "What?"
"We just woke up naked and Ruby riding me and all you care about is sleep?" Jaune asked, his face show disbelief. Yang only shrugged before she got up and started to stretch, giving the others a show as she did.
"What's the confusion about? Isn't it obvious?" Yang asked, getting silence before she sighed and motioned to Jaune and Ruby. "Look, we got wasted and Jaune managed to fuck us unconscious. It isn't that hard to figure out." Yang said before Blake stood up, grabbing a nearby towel to cover herself. "Lighten up Blake, it's not we haven't seen you naked already."
"That's not the point Yang!" Blake hissed out, "We just woke up naked next to our friend with no idea how or why." After she finished yelling, the faunus held a hand to her head before she took a seat at the bar. "I don't remember anything, just that Jaune served us another shot of Death Stalker."
"All I remember is watching Yang dancing in front of the TV." Ruby added, getting everyone to look at the TV and see that it was still on and the game paused.
"Don't look at me. All I remember is getting the best fuck of my life," Yang said before she smirked and motioned to Ruby. "Look, even Ruby can't get enough of you." At that, Jaune focused on Ruby before he realized that he was still inside her. Ruby only smiled at him as she moved her hips again before settling down. "So what about you Jaune? Remember anything?" Everyone turned their attention to the blonde as he rubbed his temples.
"Give me a second, man this hangover is killing me…" Jaune said before he took a deep breath, "Okay, let's see: I was at the bar serving you guys another shot of Death Stalker, then put it away. After that, Yang asked if I had anything fun to do before I showed you my games. We played a few of them before settling on some karaoke/dancing one." Jaune said, getting everyone nod, a picture forming in their heads. "When it was Yang's turn…Blake…did something…" Blake blushed at that before the memory of the night before slowly came back to her.
"I uh…" Blake said, scratching her the back of her head, "I may have tore off my bra and started making out with Jaune…" At that, everyone focused on the faunus while her blush increased; looking at the couch, the four saw two pairs of bras resting on it, one which was Black Lace while the other was also black, but with a red rose emblem on the left breast. At that confession, Ruby and Yang's minds started to remember more of the night before they also started to blush.
"I remember: while Yang was dancing, I turned to Jaune and saw Blake raping his mouth before joining in…" Ruby said, getting Jaune to raise an eyebrow at her.
"Oh yeah! I turned around during the middle of the song and saw you three going at it!" Yang said, getting the other three to blush. "You know how I don't like getting left out so I joined in too."
"Well, that explains how things started…" Jaune said while Blake put her bra on and handed Ruby hers.
"…but not how we got form the couch to the bed." The faunus finished, getting a nod from Jaune. After few minutes, the faunus' face was stricken with fear before she looked at the floor. "Did we even use protection!?" At that, the others widened their eyes before everyone focused on Ruby her position point of focus. The girl wiggled her hips a bit before she put on a sheepish smile.
"Oh…shit…" Jaune said, fear building in him as he looked at the three. Without a word, the blonde fell back in bed and let out a sigh. "If you're going to kill me…please do it quickly." Jaune said, getting Ruby and Yang raise an eyebrow.
"Calm down there Jaune," Yang said, looking around before she spotted her own underwear. "Look, we ran a risk here, but it doesn't mean that we're all pregnant." Ruby seemed to nod at that before she finally got up from her spot, only fall next to Jaune and curl into a ball. The blonde quickly pulled a blanket over his legs before he let out a sigh. "And even if you did manage to knock me up…" Yang said as she started combing her hair with her fingers. "…well, I always wanted a kid of my own." At that, everyone looked at the brawler before she shrugged and started picking up her clothes. "Think I can use your shower?"
"It's over there," Jaune said pointing to the door. Yang only nodded before she made her way over, ripping the towel from Blake when the two met. Jaune only sighed before he closed his eyes, one thought going through it as he felt Ruby curl up a bit more and Blake rest beside him.
'I just hope my death comes quickly…'
Again, I didn't write this. And before you ask, I don't know if there'll ever be any additions to this. This is my friends' first time writing and they didn't feel comfortable making an account yet.

One Crazy Night
Ask and you might receive. My friend took the reviews well and decided to add this part to the first. It's more focused on Jaune and still just as confusing.
"Can I get some Gin?"
"Hey cutie! How about some shots?"
"Jaune! Can I get some help here?"
That was all the blonde heard as he quickly pulled bottle after bottle, mixing and matching each drink to their owners before moving on to someone else. If you would've asked him if this was how he'd seen himself a while ago, he would've laughed at you.
It's only been three months, but those three months felt like nothing to him. He still remembered, when they first shared a bed, both of them nervous beyond hell; the memory of how he soothed her fears that she would be forced to leave him. The warmth of his lies enough to calm her down and allow her to rest. Jaune still remembered when his former partner and teammate gave herself to him and how the night seemed to pass without a word. Pyrrah was, at one point, the only woman Jaune ever had his eyes on; no one compared to her, her vibrant red hair and piercing green eyes. On more than one occasion, the blonde found himself wondering who their kids would take after.
When that memory passed, the blonde's thought focused on the day they split. Everyone was glad that he finally stopped being dense and started a relationship with the champion, wishing the two would forever have happy days. He and Pyrrrah had just come back from their date, a regular that the blonde liked to go on when not on missions. Looking at the floor, the blonde fumbled with the small box that he hid just before they left, its contents being a symbol of his devotion. Getting on to one knee, the blonde showed his warmest smiled as he grabbed the Champion's hand, making her gasp.

'This is it! Now or never Arc.' Jaune thought as he waited for his girlfriend to catch up; other hand was raised to her mouth as her eyes widened. 'I shouldn't toy with her. It's obvious that she's waiting for me to say something. It's easy! Just was will you marry-' The blonde's thoughts were interrupted by her words.
"Jaune? W-what's the occasion?" Pyrrah asked, her words displaying her shock, happiness…and guilt? The blonde's answer was to simply show the box that he hid and reveal its contents. "Jaune!"
"Pyr, know that I love you and you are the most important person to me and I hope nothing ever changes that because nothing will change the way I feel about you." Jaune said, his voice carrying the confidence that he used to fake back at Beacon. "I promise, that if you stay with me then whatever obstacles lay ahead I'll be there to ease them." The blonde said, his voice gentle as he pulled out the ring and slowly slid it on to the Champion's finger. "Pyrrah Nikos, will you marry me?" The blonde asked, smiling gentle as he let go of the woman's hand.
"Jaune…I don't know what to say," The Champion said, lifting her hand up to inspect the ring it held. To the blonde's shock, his girlfriend lowered her head before slowly taking the ring off.
"Pyr?" Jaune said, raising to his feet as the redhead extended her hand to gave the ring back.
"I'm sorry Jaune! I-I've been meaning to tell you! I don't quite know how to do this but I'm just going to say it." The Champion said, turning away from the blonde before she started to cry. "I'm engaged…" Jaune went silent at that, his words dying in his mouth before he could say them. Pyrrah looked back to see that the blonde was staring at her, likely thinking he didn't hear her quite right. Unfortunately, she made everything completely clear. "The engagement party is tonight. I will be married by the end of the week." Jaune felt as if Pyrrah had just ripped his heart out through his chest. The knight was frozen; His body went numb as the world around them seemed to stop. "Jaune, I'm sorry…we can still be together! The wedding just a display, we don't have to separate!" Pyrrah added reaching out her hand.
"Who," Jaune asked, taking a step away from the hand. Pyrrah, let out a choked sob before she retracted her hand and held it to her chest. "Who is it, Pyrrah?"
"Weiss…" The Champion answered, getting Jaune to freeze up again. "…her father made a deal with my agent. You know my family died; and because of that, she was assigned as my legal guardian. She made the deal back when we first entered Beacon." Pyrrah said, looking back at Jaune as he lowered his head. "Jaune! We can still be together! We can still-"
"Get out…" The blonde said, getting the woman to gasp. Lifting his head, Jaune pointed to the door they entered moments ago, "Get out! I don't…I don't want see you."
"But Jaune-" Pyrrah said, lifting her hand as she took a step towards Jaune.
"GET OUT!" The knight snapped, his voice scaring the Champion "I gave you everything! I opened my eyes, focused on getting stronger, gave you two years of happiness…for this!? For you to tell me you're already engaged to the fucking Ice Queen!" Jaune shouted. Pyrrah flinched from him, her tears returning in force as she took a step back. She knew, saw, when Jaune gave up on Weiss, when he started paying attention to her instead, when he started to pursue her instead. "What about Ruby? Did she already know about this?"
"No…" The redhead choked out, "Weiss never told her. We couldn't figure out how to tell you! Jaune…we-we can still be together!" Pyrrah repeated, reaching her hand out before Jaune smacked it away.
"Don't come near me; you want me to be your lover? Is that how much you love me? That you would just degrade me to that position? I'm guessing that Weiss is offering the same to Ruby?" Jaune asked, getting Pyrrah to lower head head. "Get out Pyrrah…get out, and never come back." The blonde said, turning around.

The knight was pissed…beyond pissed but…deep down Jaune had hope Pyrrah would stay with him and ignore the engagement. As he kept his back to her, the blonde forced himself to not look back. After a minute of silence, the blonde let out a calming sigh; it wasn't until he heard the sound of a door closing that he lost it. Turning around, all he saw was the ring placed on the desk, next to the picture of them kissing. Feeling a surge of anger, the blonde used his arm to swipe everything off the desk, the pictures, keys and other objects flying off before shattering against the floor. That night, the blonde went to the liquor store and bought a few packs before he drowned his sorrow in alcohol.
As he layed in bed, he heard fireworks go off all over Vale and each of them breaking his heart bit by bit. He drank for week, letting everything out in short temper tantrums. Just before the wedding, Ren and Nora came to check up on him…and they were not happy about the state of his health.

"Nora, let go of me!" The blonde shouted as he struggled against the woman's grip, across from him, Ren was pouring out the newest pack of beer. "Ren I paid for that!"
"Jaune, you need to stop!" Nora said, her grip tightening as the knight kept fighting. After Ren poured the last of the beer down the drain, he turned to the blonde, his face showing the disappointment he had.
"Jaune, you're our leader and one of the best Hunters in the world! I know your heart-broken now, but give it time, eventually it'll heal." The ninja said, lowering his head, "You don't need to do something so stupid!"
"Like you would understand! You still have Nora!" Jaune said before he felt a fist collide with his face.
"Ren, stop!" Nora shouted, her grip letting up. In that split second, Jaune moved, powering his way out of Nora's grip the blonde charged Ren and tackled him into the table, breaking the furniture with their impact. Before the blonde could land a punch, he found his world going black, Nora's voice apologizing to him over and over.

The blonde later woke up in the hospital, a week after the incident. While he was there, he was visited by his friends with the exception of the married couple and his fellow leader, who had taken a small vacation back home. During Ren and Nora's visit, the blonde thanked them for the beatdown before asking for a video of the wedding. Ren managed to capture some of it but it took Jaune only 20 seconds to see Weiss in a stunning wedding dress while Pyrrah stood at the alter in white tuxedo. It wasn't until the third day that Jaune's mind shifted to Ruby, the girl likely heartbroken over what transpired. It was hard, knowing his girlfriend of two years had just gotten married to Ruby's.
Four months after the wedding day, the blonde ran into Velvet Scarlatina. The two managed to catch with one another, letting Jaune know that Team CFVY also broke up to pursue their own drams; Coco apparently started her own clothes line, Fox went to each at Beacon and Yatsuhashi went to Mistral to visit family. Shortly after, the two talk about what it'd be like owning a club before Velvet mention the owner, one Hei Xiong AKA Junior, was selling his. With his recent mission leaving him swimming in Lien, Jaune offered to cover half the expenses and the two went on a joint business venture.

Jaune let out a sigh as he sat in a chair and went slack. A giggle made him open his eyes to see a pair of bunny ears and warm smile watching him before a flash blinded him. Opening his eye again, Jaune was greeted to Velvet waving her camera around while a few of the other bartenders chuckled at him.
"Tired already Jaune?" The faunus teased, "You usually last longer than that."
"And how would you know?" The blonde asked, getting Velvet to grin at him before she walked around him and took a seat. The two sat in silence before the faunus let out another giggle, catching the blonde's attention again. "What's so funny?"
"I still remember when we just got this place." Velvet said, looking over the nightclub that the two now owned. "Seems like only yesterday that we paid off Junior."
"Yep, it's been five months since W-Day and I still never got my reward." Jaune said, raising air quotes at the word 'reward'. "Nor did I make back the money I lent you."
"W-Day? And also, the best night of your life wasn't enough?" Velvet asked, raising an eyebrow before Jaune chuckled. "And don't worry about the money, I promise, you'll be rolling in it in no time. Enough that you can ditch that house you have and move here."
"First, Wedding day; when the Heiress and Champion got hitched, second, that night was fueled by booze and third, you said that last month." Jaune said, getting the faunus to giggle. "And didn't you say your team's coming in soon?"
"Well, I know for a fact that Coco's coming over." Velvet said, raising a finger to her chin. "Fox is teaching at Beacon and Yatsuhashi's in Mistral." Velvet said before she shrugged. "What about you? Ren and Nora say when they'll come back?"
"Nah, just that Ren's been nominated for Haven's position as Headmaster."
"So, they won't be?" Velvet said, fiving the blonde a warm smile.
"Can't say, maybe they'll surprise me." Jaune replied with a shrug. Letting out a groan, Jaune slowly raised himself up from the seat before offering a hand to Velvet. "Anyways, ready to head back out there…Co-owner Scarlatina?"
"Ready when you are…Co-owner Arc." Velvet said, lifting herself up.
"You know…a lot of people might assume we're together?" Jaune said, getting a shrug from Velvet.
"Let them, ignorance is bliss after all." The blonde could only nod before he walked out of the break room.

It had been a year since the wedding; but in that year, the knight had come to accepts facts and continued lead what was left of Team JNPR, or as Nora called them Team JNR (Junior). Unfortunately, the same couldn't be said for Weiss and Pyrrah, the two huntresses tearing both Team RWBY and JNPR asunder. While no one acknowledged his claim, the blonde knew that he was the reason for the break up; Pyrrah couldn't handle seeing him every day and so a month after the wedding, the two huntresses decided to leave, moving to Atlas so Weiss could take over SDC. That sent him into another depression which made him start drinking again, this one lasting a month before he was beat down by Ren and Nora again.
During his second hospital visit, the blonde apologized for his actions before he told, ordered, the two to leave him alone. When he was released, Ren and Nora came to him with the news that they were heading back to Anima, the sense of adventure calling them. The blonde wasn't surprised one bit, he actually expected them to leave while he was still in the hospital. Wishing the two the best of luck and the promise not to do anything that would kill him, Jaune watched as the two boarded and airship and left. If was after a few solo missions that he met up with Velvet and became the Co-owner of 'The Velvet Room'.
He should be mad, but really, he was fine with Velvet's name on the building. That was mainly because of the gift that he had bestowed upon him at birth. Of the many things the blonde didn't know he had the talent for, bartending was one of them. What was also least shocking was the fact that he could drink his weight in alcohol and still be able to fight, thought that hardly mattered when almost no one dared to fight in the club. Besides that, Jaune was one of the main reason's his and Velvet's Club had taken off; the other was his ability to create almost any drink with such perfection. With those factors, the blonde was the head bartender, chief of security and socialist that made things in the club run smoothly. If you asked Jaune if he wanted to trade spots with Velvet, the blonde would shake his head no and mention something about paperwork.
Currently the blonde was putting on his vest while a loose bowtie was hanging around his neck, a tag with his name on it rested on a nearby end table.
"You ready, partner?" A voice called out, causing the blonde to turn around and see a pair of rabbit ears sticking through his door.
"Just a second Velv, just straightening my stuff out." Jaune said as he hand reached up and quickly tied the bowtie. Looking himself in a mirror, the blonde nodded to himself before he made his way over to the door and pulled it open. "Okay, now I'm ready."
"You know we have more than enough for tonight. You can take the night off." Velvet said, looking at the blonde as he swayed to the music down the hall.
"What? And let the rookies ruin the bar? Not a chance." Jaune said.
"I'll be there too. I'm no bartending master, but you've taught me enough not to fuck up." Velvet said, pushing Jaune a bit as he continued to sway to the music.
"To be honest, that doesn't inspire comfort in me." Jaune said, a smile appearing on his face when Velvet jabbed him in his side. "How about I work two hours tonight? Then you can take over."
"Deal, and you better leave." Velvet said. Jaune nodded at that before the music from the dancefloor covered up any words he would've said.
-2 Hours Later-
"Here you go, Gin on the rocks!" Jaune said as he pushed a glass towards a random dancer. The woman took it with a wink before she made her way back to her table. Letting out a chuckle, Jaune reached for any empty glasses around him before turning around to clean them while also taking quick stalk of his supplies.
"I'll take a strawberry sunrise, no ice." The blonde heard, giving a nod in response.
"You got it!" Jaune said, reaching for a few bottles before he turned around. Stopping in his movements, the blonde found himself gazing at the remaining members of Team RWBY, though it was hard to tell do their current clothes.
"Jaune!?" One of them asked, getting the bartender to raise an eyebrow before his own eyes widened in realization, it was Ruby.
"Ruby? Blake? Yang?" The blonde asked, getting a slow nod from the three as he placed a glass down. "What are you three doing here?"
"We should be asking you the same thing!" Yang said, getting shrug from the blonde before he turned around and grabbed a few ingredients.
"I'll tell you everything later, now what do you two want?" The blonde said looking at Ruby and Blake.
"Blackberry Bramble!" Blake said, getting a nod from Jaune before he focused on Ruby
"Strawberry Patch!" Ruby said, getting nod from the blonde before he pulled out some more ingredients as well as three glasses.
"Arc! When you done with those, you can take the night off!" Velvet shouted, getting the blonde to look back before he waved her off and started working his magic. The three huntresses watched in fascination as their drinks were created right in front of him, the three glassed quickly filled with their order before it was slid in front of them. Taking light sips of their drinks, the three watched as Jaune started putting the ingredients away while also grabbing a bottle and tossing it to a few of the other bartenders before he looked back.
"You guys want talk somewhere more quiet?" The blonde asked, getting the three to look at one another before they shrugged. The knight nodded at them before he turned his head a bit. "Hey! Velvet! Mind if I take these three in the back with me?" The three raised an eyebrow at the name before they saw a pair of bunny ears appear from behind Jaune.
"Go ahead! Use your room if you want! Just don't go too crazy!" Velvet said, giving a wink to Jaune before he chuckled and shook his head. Looking back at the three hunters, the knight motioned for them to follow him before he made his way away from the bar. As he walked, a single thought passed through the blonde's head.
'I wonder if tonight's gonna get anymore interesting…'
